What are your customer service operating hours?
Our customer service team are available Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm AEST (excluding public holidays). Please note during busy sale periods we may take slightly longer to respond.

Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. We are unable to cancel your order after it has been dispatched.

Do I need to register an account to place an order?
You can either register for an account with us, or check out as a guest. We recommend registering an account for faster checkouts, viewing your order history, and receiving news and promotional updates.

Is the appearance of the item not what you expected?

Colours
We have made every effort to correctly display the colours of our products online. However, due to the fact that we use flash photography, and some campaign imagery may have had filters applied, as well as the inevitable variances between computer and phone screens, we cannot guarantee that your device will display a colour which is completely accurate.

Afterpay

What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a payment platform for our customers living in Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada or the United Kingdom. Afterpay offers interest-free payment plans for your purchases online. Buy and receive what you want today and pay it off in four equal instalments fortnightly.

How do I become an Afterpay customer?
To become an Afterpay customer you need to:
- Be living in Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada or the United Kingdom.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid and verifiable email address and phone number.
- Use a bank payment card from Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada or the United Kingdom.
- Be capable of entering into a legally binding contract.
- Have a verifiable and valid ID.

How do I use Afterpay online?
Add your Social Platforms items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. In the checkout select Afterpay as your payment method, you will then be directed to the Afterpay website. Login or register with Afterpay, enter your details and confirm payment. Your payment schedule will then be emailed to you.

Will my order be shipped straight away?
Yes, your Social Platforms order will be shipped as per our normal delivery terms and conditions.

How do I return an Afterpay item?
Our normal terms and conditions apply to all Afterpay orders. Please visit our returns and exchanges page for further information on our returns policy.

Please note we are unable to refund returns on sale items. A credit note or exchange will be issued. Should you purchase a sale item using Afterpay and wish to return the item, you will need to continue to pay the instalments to Afterpay to the full amount and a credit note will be issued.

What will happen if I fail to make a payment?
If you fail to make payment, you will be charged a late payment fee of
$10 with a further $7 fee added 7 days later if the payment is still unpaid.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, the order details and order value cannot be changed. If you wish to cancel your order or return your item(s) place your return through our normal process and you will be refunded through to your Afterpay account.

Express shipping
Delivery in approximately 2-7 business days from when you receive your dispatch notification. Click here to view the eligible post codes that qualify for the Australia Post Express Post delivery.

Standard shipping
Delivery in approximately 7-10 business days from the moment you receive your dispatch notification.

International Customers
Shipping may take between 10-25 business days from dispatch depending on your country, zone and whether you’re in a city region. The below are average time frames only and regional areas may be subject to delays.

New Zealand
approximately 14 business days from dispatch to city areas.

Taxes & Duties
For international orders, please be aware that your home country may charge you import taxes and customs duties when the shoes arrives at the country of destination. These duties and taxes are required to be paid by the customer. We advise contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees.

When will my order be shipped?
We work hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

How can I edit the shipping address
Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.

Return & Exchange Requirements

We offer returns and exchanges subject to the following conditions:

Full priced items
Eligible for an exchange or online store credit.

Sale items
Items that are on sale or purchased during a promotion are not eligible for an exchange, online store credit or refund.

$10 off subscribers discount
Full priced items over $100 purchased with the subscribers discount code are eligible for an online store credit or exchange. Sale items purchased with this code are not eligible for an online store credit, exchange or refund.

$10 off thank you for shopping with us discount
Full priced items over $100 purchased with a thank you discount code are eligible for an online store credit or exchange. Sale items purchased with a thank you code are not eligible for an online store credit, exchange or refund.

Returned items
Must be unworn and in their original condition with all packaging still included and swing tags attached. A re-packaging fee of $20 will apply to damaged packaging.

Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to lodge a return, exchange or credit request.

Lodging a return or exchange

To lodge a request for return or exchange please email us on info@socialplatforms.com.au with your Name, address and order number to begin the process.

Your return request must meet the conditions outlined above in the returns and exchanges requirements. Social Platforms reserves the right to deny the return or exchange if the item(s) fail to meet our returns and exchanges policy requirements, which is in keeping with Fair Trading laws.

We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind on purchases, however you may exchange the item or request an online credit note.

Our policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under Australian Consumer Law and regulations.

Please be aware that we are unable to place items on hold
As exchanges are subject to availability once your return arrives at our head office.

All returns must be in the original condition as sent
The item must not be worn, altered or washed, and must have its original tags attached. All items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order.

When trying on your new shoes
Please try them on with clean or covered feet for hygiene reasons, on non-abrasive surfaces such as on carpet to avoid marking or damaging the soles of the shoes.

For Australian and New Zealand customers
If you’re returning for store credit or exchanging you will be responsible for any return shipping fees.

We do not refund delivery costs
For returns, exchanges and credit notes unless an item is faulty or if your order has been cancelled.

Social Platforms is not liable for any cost, delay, damage or loss in connection with the transport and return of the goods to us.

Customers outside Australia and New Zealand
You will be responsible for any return shipping fees. We will not assume any liability for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled by courier or postal service.

Any customs and import duties paid are non-refundable.

Faulty or incorrect items
Please email us at info@socialplatforms.com.au with your order number and description of the fault / incorrect item and we can resolve this for you. Images of the fault or incorrect item may be required to be provided by you. Please note we photograph and check all orders before they are dispatched.

How to find the right size

Unsure which size to choose?
Check out the size guide for the shoes you are interested in (each style has their own size guide located in the photos section) and measure your foot from heel to toe to work out which size will best fit you.

Some styles will fit slightly bigger or smaller depending on the shape of your foot, if you look at the diagram on the size guide you will see if you need to go up or down a size.

Will the shoes stretch or soften?

Yes, like most new shoes our shoes have not been stretched or worn in when they come to you, so may feel a bit stiff or firm for the first few wears. You will find after they have been worn in they will feel softer and more comfortable as they mold to your foot shape.

It may also take you a few wears to feel truely comfortable and confident in your new shoes if you have not worn high platforms before.

Our partner gateways which process credit card payments are the safest available and all credit card details are encrypted when used by our payment gateways. Social Platforms uses one secure payment gateway. PayPal. PayPal does not send us your credit card or account details.

The cookie assists us in maintaining the continuity of your browsing session (e.g. to maintain a shopping cart) and remembering your details and preferences when you return. In the event of fraud, an attempt at deception or in the event of the suspicion of other illegal activities in connection with the redemption of gift cards on the Social Platforms website, we are entitled to close your account and / or require a different means of payment. These include:

Gift cards are only to be redeemed on the Social Platforms site in agreement with the special terms and conditions stated.

Gift cards are valid for only twenty-four (24) months. Any balance that may remain at the end of the twenty-four (24) months will be invalid for use. The credit cannot be returned or refunded for cash and it does not accumulate any interest.

Certain products may be excluded from gift card promotions. Gift cards cannot be used to buy future gift cards.

If an order is placed and the product is less than value, no refund or credit of the remaining will not be returned. If the gift card is insufficient in funds you will be able to make up the difference.

You may use the gift card on the site used by yourself or other customers. We have no liability for loss or damages resulting from the gift cards used without permission. The use and safety of your gift card is your responsibility.

Only one (1) gift card can be used per order.

If you purchased an item with a gift card you will be refunded the amount of your order to a new gift card.

You may do split payments with gift cards.
