We require an experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team.

Your key focus will be:

Marketing & PR

We are seeking an E-commerce Marketing Manager to drive sales through the development and execution of our e-comm strategy and align marketing initiatives across all our sales channels and marketing platforms.

The ideal candidate can create content, strategize, build and execute a brand content calendar that engages the customer through story telling while maintaining consistency in brand voice. This role is pivotal in concepting, creating and implementing campaigns across social media platforms, be involved in pop ups and events from concept to execution, both here and overseas while working to key critical path dates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and evolve the e-commerce strategy across existing and new markets and channels.
• Drive sales and look for improvement opportunities across all sales channels.

Qualification Requirements:

• Formal qualification in marketing, technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in E-commerce at management level in Fashion, Lifestyle or Beauty.
• Ability to interpret local and global industry trends to drive sales activities.
• Experience in PR, press and media requests.
• Experience in Shopify, Mailchimp and Klaviyo.
• Strong caption and copy writing skills for social media and marketing communications.
• Understanding of Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram ads manger.
• Demonstrated ability to lead successful campaigns, from strategic development to implementation and analysis.
• Strong analytical, project management and communication skills.
• Ability to identify and develop relationships with external partners.
